I celebrated my birthday at work in Oslo, with looots of hornplayers at the Horn Days at Norwegian Academy of Music!📯🤓🥳

Had an amazing weekend, where I played in two concerts, gave a morning yoga session and a master class, several personal sessions, and lots of social fun with all these lovely hornplayers! I even managed to squeeze in a two hour photosession this morning from 8-10 - after leaving the pub at 2:30..😅😮‍💨 I had a nice rest (yoga nidra✨) on the bus home..

🇸🇪KARLSTAD - I started this year in @wermlandopera like last year! Fun to play with José again, we haven’t played together on many years!📯📯 After the concert I skipped the party and went instead alone in the jacuzzi in my hotel for a long time, to get warm after very cold days - and a cold concert..!🥶 And to recharge before a four hour drive tomorrow that will probably take much longer due to a massive snow storm and big warnings..😬❄️⚠️
