Today I am thinking about all the women who insisted on being heard, who kept creating, teaching and performing even when the world didn’t make space for them.

Because of them, I get to travel the world and work with what I love.🙏🏼💪🏼

I carry their footsteps with me, and I will continue the walk.

There is still a long way to go - let’s move forward together. 🩷

🇳🇴 STAVANGER - thank you!🩷🙏🏼 After two weeks well needed rest after an intense summer, I was back at work this week! Started off this season with @symfonistavanger playing incredible film music by James Horner, conducted by @toroddwigum 📯🎬 Had also many personal sessions with colleagues, freelancers and students, and even a small group workshop at the university. Holiday is definitely over, but seriously - I love my jobs deeply and my life feels more or less like a constant Holiday!✨💁🏽‍♀️ (And I am quite good at creating time for restitution, friends and rest in between when I am on the go..😎)

This summer I have the pleasure of working TWO times in Italy! The first one is still a secret..but @mediterraneohornmeeting in MINORI is official and I hope to meet many of you there! I if I understood all the info correct (😅), I will be in the panel for two competitions, teach horn and some yoga/breathing/coaching - all in amazing environment and with great colleagues!😍✨
