The "ticket" for this event is your receipt, and then you email me to set a time for your session. This is the easiest way for people to pay for it, that is why I create it as an "event".
The session will be totally customized for YOUR needs, it could absolutely be a mix of yoga and coaching, and you will get my full attention for 20 or 60 minutes! If we do the session at Zoom, you will also get the recording of the session if you want!:)
If you buy 3 or 5 sessions it also includes questions and follow up and reminder in between our sessions.
