OUVERTURE sostenuto

Like an extended french ouverture we will meet (!) in this 2,5 hour long Yoga for Musicians workshop at One Yoga Studio in Gothenburg!

 

We will start slowly to explore some breathing exercises before we heat it up in a longer Vinyasa-style movement part and then we will slow down and land into yin yoga, relaxation and meditation. There will also be some Mental Training exercises included in this workshop. Everything is especially designed for musicians, and this workshop will give you an opportunity to get grounded, be stronger, more creative and get ready for whatever this fall will bring us. 

There will be two small breakes in between the movements where you will be served (included!) tea and snacks.

Due to Covid -19 and the fact that I want everyone to feel safe, there will only be 8 spots for this workshop. 

If you have any form of symptoms or should be quarratined - stay home.<3 

You can then give your ticket to someone else, or you can use the full value of your ticket for another upcoming workshop(s) either online or live.

Bring your yoga mat (let me know if you need to borrow), clothes you can move in - and an extra layer and socks for the more cozy part. There will be blocks, blankets and bolsters at the studio, but you can bring your own props if you prefer.

The workshop will be in English if needed.
