Get grounded thru a yin yoga sequence of seated and lying down positions that we hold a bit longer. You will experience the power of rest, and probably feel more grounded, soft and free in both body and mind after this session.
You choose if you want your camera on or off. There will be no recording of this session, so you need to join the live.
Let your family join, or use a headset! Or hide away!:)
