Online MORNING aubade

Welcome to an ONLINE Yoga for Musicians session (+ the recording of it!) with Yoga Lene!

The live session will take place 21st of August 2020 from 09:30 - 10:15. (Berlin/Paris/Amsterdam/Stockholm time)

(London 08:30 AM | Moscow 10:30 AM | Bejing 3:30 PM | Seoul 4:30 PM  | Aukland 7:30 PM | America (sorry, you should be sleeping, but you will get the recording!:))

I will teach you breathing exercises, mindfullness and physical sequences to use before your practice or rehearsal, to get both body and mind ready for your day of practice, and hopfully soon also rehearsals and concerts. After this session you will feel like you aldready have been warming up on you instrument for at least 30 minutes! 

This session is for all levels, and even if you happen to be in another timezone or can't join the live session, all ticket holders will get the recording shortly after, and can use it over and over again. 

Wear whatever you wear that day, and you do NOT need a yoga mat for this session. All exercises and sequences will be able to do in a practice room, backstage, at a train station or where ever you feel like! :)

During the session I will mute you all, and you choose if you want to have your camera on or off.

This session will be 45 minutes + room for some questions after.

EARLY BIRD tickets avaliable in July for 10 Euro - from 1st of August the ticket price will be 12 Euro.
