ABOUT THE EVENT
Welcome to an ONLINE Yoga for Musicians session (+ the recording of it!) with Yoga Lene!
The live session will take place 26 th of Mars 2021 from 09:00 - 10:15. (Berlin/Paris/Amsterdam/Stockholm time)
(London 08:00 AM | Moscow 10:00 AM | Bejing 3:00 PM | Seoul 4:00 PM | Aukland 7:00 PM | America (sorry, you should be sleeping, but you will get the recording!:))
Most musicians sit a lot, and tightness in the hip area can affect the shoulders. We will explore, release and strengthen the hip area, so you can feel more flexible, grounded, and stable. This class also includes strength training and relaxation.
The workshop is for all levels. Even if you happen to be in another timezone or can't join the live session, all ticket holders will get the recording shortly after, and can use it over and over again.
During the session I will mute you all, and you choose if you want to have your camera on or off.
This session will be 75 minutes + room for some questions after.
