ABOUT THE EVENT
This session is for YOU and will include breathing exercises, some physical exercises (you choose your level/intensity) and some meditation/relaxation. All of this are suitable for the practice room/backstage and you do not need a yoga mat. I'll give you some great exercises to use before, during and after practice to get more focused, present and free in both body and mind.
All levels, outfits and moods are welcome!:)
The session will be recorded (only my camera) so you can use it again and again!:)
You will get the zoom link in your email about an hour before we start - check spam if you can't find it!
