ABOUT THE EVENT
Tuesday to Thurday at Dublin Brass Week 2019 there will be a 30 minute YOGA FOR MUSICIANS warm-up session to wake up the body in an optimal way for brass musicians. We will do shoulder stretches and movement to get the blood pumping and to soften around the lungs - to increase the air capacity and stamina. You will get in contact with the body, breathe and also find focus and set an intention for the day. All levels are welcome.
OBS! To participate have to be a part of Dublin Brass Week as an active or passive participant or teacher!
If you are n o t a part of the DBW 2019, I will have some extra days in Dublin. Please contact me if you want a PT-yoga session or a workshop for another group of musicians or teachers in Dublin this week.
