🇳🇴 STAVANGER - thank you!🩷🙏🏼 After two weeks well needed rest after an intense summer, I was back at work this week! Started off this season with @symfonistavanger playing incredible film music by James Horner, conducted by @toroddwigum 📯🎬 Had also many personal sessions with colleagues, freelancers and students, and even a small group workshop at the university. Holiday is definitely over, but seriously - I love my jobs deeply and my life feels more or less like a constant Holiday!✨💁🏽‍♀️ (And I am quite good at creating time for restitution, friends and rest in between when I am on the go..😎)

I celebrated my birthday at work in Oslo, with looots of hornplayers at the Horn Days at Norwegian Academy of Music!📯🤓🥳

Had an amazing weekend, where I played in two concerts, gave a morning yoga session and a master class, several personal sessions, and lots of social fun with all these lovely hornplayers! I even managed to squeeze in a two hour photosession this morning from 8-10 - after leaving the pub at 2:30..😅😮‍💨 I had a nice rest (yoga nidra✨) on the bus home..
