The "ticket" for this "event" is your receipt, and then you email me to set a time for your session. This is the easiest way for people to pay for it, that is why I create it as an "event".
The session will be totally customized for YOUR needs, it can be a mix of yoga, breathing therapy and coaching/mental training.
